PADI Advanced Freediver course

PADI Advanced is a great place to learn more about freediving. The course will help you learn how to breathe properly for longer dives and how to perform in apnea. This course will teach you how to rescue a freediver if necessary.

After you have completed your Advanced Freediver PADI course, you can apply for the Instructor course. This is the next step on the freediving career pathway. This course will require that you can hold a static breath for at least three minutes, 30 seconds, and dynamic breath for at least 70 meters. NAUI Basic Freediver Course

The NAUI Basic Freediver Course is designed for people who want to learn to freedive and improve their freediving skills. This course lasts four hours and combines classroom discussion with pool time. The course will provide you with the foundations of freediving. It also covers the physiology and physics of freediving. It also covers proper breathing techniques and equalization for deep diving. At least 12 years of age and good swimming skills are required.


Before enrolling in an advanced course, you should have some experience in freediving. This course will teach you all you need to know about freediving and prepare you for more advanced training. After you complete the course you can apply to be a PADI Master Freediver. You will be able freedive with a buddy at the pool or ocean.

SSI Basic Freediver Course

The SSI Basic Freediver Course will teach you all you need to be able to dive in the ocean. This course offers both classroom training and practice sessions in the water. The program involves two pool and one open water session. At the end of the course, you'll have earned the SSI Basic Freediver certification.

The SSI Basic Freediver Course will teach you how to swim 400m, dive 50m in CWT, freedive 20m, do simulated blackouts, and swim to surface. This course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to dive to depths of 40 meters or more. SSI certifications are recognized all over the globe. This certification allows you to dive in any ocean. The SSI Basic Freediver Courses are a great way to get wet and find out if you like freediving.

Freediving Course by Molchanovs

You can go from beginner to competitive freediver with the Molchanovs course. There are four levels of open water courses.
