Sherwood Scuba sells a defective BC. It is not up-to-code and doesn't provide customers with the necessary contact information to fix the problem. Thomas Cranmer, a reader of Undercurrent, experienced a problem with his BC. Thomas sent Sherwood two times and completed the "Contact Us” form. But, he couldn't get an answer. In addition, there is no physical address listed on Sherwood's website. He eventually wrote a letter certified to the Irvine, California address that was on the company's brochures. However, he was not able to forward the letter.
