PADI Discover Scuba Diving Program
PADI Discover Scuba Diving is a program that teaches people scuba techniques. This program is not a certified program, but provides the basic skills necessary to dive safely and comfortably. PADI Divers are taught the skills necessary to safely scuba dive and receive basic equipment. They will also learn about the equipment and how to use it. They will be taught how to use the equipment and guided on some shallow reef dives.

PADI Discover Scuba Diving courses consist of two sessions. The first session will teach basic scuba skills and how to breathe with a regulator. The students will then be taken to a local diving site where they will learn safe diving skills. The instructor will keep the students safe and will demonstrate cool underwater equipment to them. PADI also credits a PADI Discover Scuba Diving course toward the PADI Open Water Diver course.
