Sherwood Scuba sells a defective BC. It is not up-to-code and doesn't provide customers with the necessary contact information to fix the problem. Thomas Cranmer from Undercurrent had a problem when he received his BC. Thomas emailed Sherwood twice. He filled out the "Contact Us Form" but was not able get an answer. Sherwood's website does not list a physical address. He finally sent a certified mail to the Irvine, California address listed in the company's brochures. However, he was not able to forward the letter.
