Sherwood Scuba has a problem with its BC. It's not up to standard and doesn’t give customers the information they need to resolve the matter. Thomas Cranmer from Undercurrent had a problem when he received his BC. Thomas emailed Sherwood twice. He filled out the "Contact Us Form" but was not able get an answer. Sherwood's website doesn't list any physical addresses. He eventually wrote a letter certified to the Irvine, California address that was on the company's brochures. However, the letter was not forwarded.
