These places are famous for their bizarre muck diving critters, manta rays and other stunning sights. These places will leave you in awe.
Sipadan
Sipadan, one of the most popular spots in the Philippines for divers, lures them to dive. This area is located at the center of a coral Triangle, making it one if the most biodiverse marine habitats in the entire world. Here you will find turtles, lionfish, and sharks. The visibility ranges from 15 to 40 meters so you won't have any trouble exploring the underwater world surrounding Sipadan.

Shark Reef Marine Reserve
The Shark Reef Marine Reserve is home to some of most amazing dives around the globe. A visit to the marine reserve is an unforgettable experience, as you will be surrounded by diverse species of fish and coral. There are 125 types of sharks as well as more than 5,000 seaweed species and mollusks. Heart Reef, which contains a variety of fish and corals is the most impressive, is home to many amazing species. This stunning structure is 17m in diameter and can be seen from above.
Half Moon Caye Wall
You will find many marine species at this amazing dive site. Recent discoveries have revealed that sharks call the wall their home. Look out for sea fans and brain coral while you're at the wall. A turtle or two might be possible. If you are feeling adventurous, you might also want to explore the tunnels under coral outcrops.
Yongala
You have many options when it comes to diving on the SS Yongala. Townsville is only 3 hours by fast boat from Townsville. Liveaboards depart every day. The dives here are about 30m deep and are best suited for Advanced certified divers. For a little more, you might consider a daytrip to dive the SS Yongala. The trip takes around three hours and includes two tank.
Punta Vicente Roca
Punta VicenteRoca dive site is unique in that it is 200km from the closest inhabited island. There are several types of sea creatures that can be seen on a dive here, including the Galapagos marine iguana, red-lipped batfish, and schooling black-striped salema. The endemic Galapagos flightless comorants can also be captured by photographers.

Bonaire
Scuba divers will be delighted by the diversity and beauty of Bonaire's diving sites. There are many outstanding dive spots on the leeward side, including the 1000 Steps, named after the narrow, long stairway that leads to it.
