It focuses on typology
Typology studies how people behave in different situations. The TDI training aims at helping individuals to understand their type characteristics and how they impact their behavior in certain situations. It is important not to forget that a person's personality type can be altered.

There are many types and combinations of personalities. Although a personality inventory can tell you how your personality types work, it is not predictive. The results are often not relevant to actual life circumstances.
It focuses on Jungian psychology
Jungian psychology, a type archetypal psychology, emphasizes creativity and exploration. This field has many theories, practices, tools, and methods to tackle common historical challenges. This approach focuses on Jungian concepts as well as their application to human behavior.
Jungian therapy includes an emphasis on religion, although this is not required. Carl Jung advised patients to find meaning within their religion. However, many mainstream religions are no longer relevant today. Jung advocated finding one's own source for meaning within a wider perspective. This can often mean finding balance in all aspects of your personality.
